I've made it to my senior year of college and am ready to take on the real world, but first I have some exploring to do.

Let the good times continue!

After such a fast paced weekend in Paris this week was supposed to have been a bit more low-key (not so much the case).

I found out that I got my first choice for an internship, and I was their first choice too!! I am now interning at the Transatlantic Policy Network. Great times ahead. My first day was amazing. I didn't need to be in the office until 2 and then we opened a bottle of wine at 4 and left for a very swank dinner at 6. The dinner was amazing and the attendees were quite impressive as well. After dinner my boss took me to a really great bar. If this is a sampling of what the semester is going to be like I can't wait!

After a late night out (took the first metro home at 5:30am) on Thursday, Friday was supposed to be lowkey until we found the infamous Delirium Cafe. When we walked in we noticed that a table had a very large glass of beer and Andrew and I were determined to get one as well. 4 Liters of 9.5% alcohol beer later we had a great time. Needless to say we had to be up at 6am the next day to catch the train to Amsterdam for the day.

We arrived in Amsterdam around 11 and spent the day walking around the cities and seeing different museums and whatnot. Good times and a beautiful city (with the most amazing pancakes EVER!)
